Payments by card

Card payments are possible at the reception and in the restaurant. However, cash is also not a problem.

Showers

Showers are included in the price.

Wifi

Wifi connection is guaranteed at the reception and in the restaurant, in other parts of the campground it is possible to connect, but the functionality is not guaranteed.

Accommodation and arrival

Reception

Reception services are provided by the restaurant staff.

Arrival

Accommodation takes place until 20:30, later accommodation only by prior arrangement. In high season it is possible for guests to arrive at any time, there is a night guard at the reception who will let you in if you show a valid receipt.

Children

Children up to 6 years old stay for free.

More information

  • Fires may only be built on designated fire rings.
  • We are not responsible for food stored in the communal fridge.
  • Swimming is possible in the natural swimming pool Bobrovník, about 300 m from the camp, as well as in the swimming pool in Jesenice and the indoor swimming pool Česká Ves.
  • Postcards and maps are available for sale at reception.
  • We will be happy to advise you on various excursion possibilities in the surrounding area.
  • We do not rent tents, caravans or sleeping bags.
  • We do not rent equipment for fishing.
  • We do not rent bicycles.

For those staying in cabins and motels

  • There are linens in the cabins and motels, no need to bring your own.
  • All units are electrically heated, from 1.5. to 30.9. for a fee, otherwise included in the price.
  • By prior arrangement, the motel can provide an extra bed for a fee listed in the price list.
  • Prices are for the whole cottage/room. Full price is charged even if the room/cottage is not filled.

For guests staying in their own accommodation

  • You will receive a label upon check-in.
  • Electrical connections are only on the plots, not on the parking spaces.
  • The price of the plot includes an electrical connection and a parking space.
  • Within the site you have more camping comfort.
  • Mobile phones, laptops, cameras and other devices can be charged free of charge at the reception or in the restaurant. In the restaurant you are responsible for your own electronic device, at the reception the shift receptionist is responsible for it, but you must show your ID or passport when handing over the device and picking it up.
  • The toilet spout is in the men’s toilets.
